On October 14, the SASM Foundation organized the “II Conference on Good Professional Practices”.
The general objective of the event was to continue promoting professional practices that generate well-being; and, avoid the use of coercion in groups with functional diversity and mental health problems. Person-centered practices, professionals and existing support networks are supported.
The Zero Coercion project was presented, along with the life of the project, from the beginning until present. In which the pilot test of the created course is finished; and, material will be accessible to all interested people.
Attendees were able to enjoy the first-person experience of a person diagnosed with schizophrenia, who participated in the pilot test of the Zero Coercion project.
